You represent and warrant that you own or possess the necessary rights and legal authorizations to digitize and convert all media provided to Freedom Hubs LLC.
Fees for single account access, multi-care accounts, or specialized media processing services are clearly presented at the time of purchase or order quote. All payments are processed securely through certified merchant partners. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
All content, branding, website code, logos, and technology owned by Freedom Hubs LLC and its DBAs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our digital applications or platforms without explicit written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedom Hubs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or digital products. While we employ professional care with physical media conversion, client acknowledgment of age-related wear on legacy analog media is understood.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
